Our 8″ Wilkinson Noir sidebent scissors are a premium fabric shear. Ideal as a gift for crafters and dressmakers alike, they are designed as a dedicated fabric shear and are ideal for a wide range of fabrics, including cotton, jersey and linen.
Our popular embroidery scissors are now available in a stunning Noir black finish. The perfect addition to your sewing box, they’re ideal for fine work as they’re small, precise, extremely sharp.
Did you know the late Queen Elizabeth II owned a pair of our embroidery scissors too?
After the Queen had opened the Sheffield Winter Gardens in 2003, the council presented her with our gold embroidery scissors, together in a gift-set with a golden household scissor in a bespoke box. She was so pleased with them that she didn’t hand the gift straight over to her ladies in waiting, but put them in her own handbag as she wanted to keep them herself.
The Noir Sewing Set comes in our signature William Whiteley gift box complete with bespoke foam. In addition, you are able to choose optional bespoke laser engraving for the 8′ Noir sidebents, adding that final thoughtful touch for an extra special gift.
