I’m in love with Whiteley scissors. A great British long standing company which I’m proud to support. Only the best.

The most beautiful, well-made scissors I have ever used. Amazing company history and love the option to personalize with lasering too, really unique!

These stainless steel kitchen scissors are a game-changer! They're incredibly durable, rust-resistant, and the sharp blades make cutting through anything—from packaging to fresh herbs—effortless.

True craftsmanship, the weight, design and finish is second to none. It is as if the Shears were made to measure, so comfortable. If you want quality, a heirloom, style and precision and be a part of history, I would recommend Whiteley.

One of the best scissors in the WORLD! If you want the best of the best, this company meets that expectation. Every one of their scissors is a work of art. Everyone who has handled these scissors has commented on them being different to anything else they have handled. The cutting action is something that just can't be replicated.

I ordered these scissors for my granddaughter, who says they are fantastic and a joy to use. Would go to them every time now as it is rare to get such brilliant customer service nowadays. I can't praise them enough.

After a month of use I am beyond pleased. They cut hard flower stems with ease, are more controllable than my kitchen scissors when cutting herbs and are comfortable to use. They are worth every penny.

I purchased a pair of silver Exo. Oh my goodness, they are amazing. Super comfortable. Sharp to the very point. They cut through fabric like cutting air. They laser cut my name onto back blade. Gorgeous presentation box too. I now have shears to be proud of, which will last way beyond my lifetime. Highly recommend these to all dressmakers.

Recently bought a pair of kitchen scissors from Whiteley’s - absolutely excellent, razor sharp, and will definitely outlast me. Highly recommended.

Fantastic scissors, wish I'd got them years ago. Perfect for my sewing and cutting fabric. Not too heavy. Love them!

I cannot recommend highly enough. If you require a special gift for a crafter, dressmaker, embroiderer I can't think of anything better than a beautiful pair of scissors.

"We only use William Whiteley & Sons scissors at IzzoSew Studio, and after years of teaching and making, they are simply the best I've worked with. They glide through fabric with effortless precision, with every cut clean and accurate. Without fail, anyone who picks up a pair during one of our workshops comments on them, and many go on to buy their own pair afterwards. That, for me, says it all."

"I use the 12" Big Bolt Tailor Shears to cut out all of my sewing projects. There's a few reasons why I love them so much. The first reason is that Whiteley have been making scissors in Sheffield since the 18th century. Sheffield has a long history of working with steel and making quality bladed tools. I think the continuation and preservation of that legacy of craft and heritage is something worth supporting. I also really like the design of these shears. That large bolt is something that's seen on tailors shears from at least the 16th century so it's really old school. I find the larger handles much more comfortable to use than smaller scissors too. These are a dream pair of scissors and I love working with them!"
"I recently learned of William Whiteley & Sons in Sheffield, England and was so impressed with their history and products that I purchased the new Expedition model scissors online from Ohio, USA. The finishing, engraving, and cutting action of these scissors is superb. A gift to my son that could be passed on for generations to follow."
