Our 12″ Xylan coated Shears are world-famous and used by professionals due to their unrivalled quality and craftsmanship. Xylan offers the same added qualities as the well known “Teflon”, they are non-stick so tape and adhesive will not adhere the blades plus it provides an extra durable layer ensuring they will last a lifetime.

Featuring our signature ‘bolt’ fixing, they allow for a speedy and smooth ‘pick up’ and ‘put down’ motion, coated in gold colour TiN (Titanium Nitride) adding both durability and class. Combined with the traditional style ergonomic handles with thumb rest for comfort, these shears are a blend of modern and traditional.

Branded with our Wilkinson trademark, paying homage to Thomas Wilkinson & Sons whom we incorporated in 1875.

Handmade by craftsmen using traditional techniques passed down over centuries, they offer precision cutting for all types of fabric and a long length of cut, our 12″ Tailor’s Shears are ideal for cutting large pieces of fabric with a smooth and sharp action. A heavy duty shear, often used by professionals on Savile Row and beyond.

They will arrive packaged in our signature William Whiteley presentation box with bespoke foam and are also available with bespoke laser engraving creating a truly special and unique gift.
