If you wish to order beyond this date, for some countries, you can choose the upgraded Parcel Force/UPS option at checkout.
For US and European orders with upgraded shipping, the last order date is Sunday 19th December. For any other country (excluding UK), the last order date is Tuesday 14th December.
We have received incredible demand this autumn.
Despite our production and warehouse teams running on overtime to meet this demand and replenish stock, some items continue to be unavailable from time-to-time and will be marked as ‘coming soon’ on our online store.
We expect stock to return to usual levels in the new year. In order to prioritise your requirements, we are allowing select items to be available on back order so you are able to place your order with us and the item will be despatched to you as soon as it is available in our warehouse. The estimated despatch date will be listed in the product description before you purchase the item.
If your order includes some items on back order and some items that are in stock, the entire order will be despatched when all items are in stock and available to be shipped.
If you require some items to be delivered sooner, we would advise placing separate orders for the in stock items.
Our despatch facility will be closed from the 24th December and will reopen on the 4th January so order despatching will resume on this date.
