Thank you for supporting our YWCA Yorkshire charity raffle
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who entered our raffle to win a truly one-of-a-kind pair of 12″ Special Edition Tailor’s Shears, created in support of the incredible work of YWCA Yorkshire.
We are proud to have raised funds and awareness for such a deserving charity. Your generosity will help YWCA Yorkshire continue their mission to empower young women to live independent, happy and fulfilled lives. The people supported by the charity may have experienced homelessness, domestic abuse, sexual exploitation and financial hardship.
The shears – stamped “1 of 1” and presented in a bespoke engraved wooden box were specially created to mark this collaboration. Featuring YWCA Yorkshire’s signature purple, a gold-plated bolt, and the Whiteley crest, they represent a fusion of Sheffield craftsmanship and community spirit.
Whiteley has proudly been based in Sheffield since 1760, and our MD, Mark White, a former YWCA Yorkshire Trustee, continues to champion the charity’s vital work. We’re deeply grateful to everyone who entered and supported this meaningful cause.
